We have problem with mobile app Dynamics 365 for phones, after typing URL of CRM its redirected to IFD screen, and after we type credentials, it starts loading and it won't connect to CRM. We need to kill the application and then start it again. Then it works fine. Otherwise it just keeps loading.
Have checked for internet connectivity, but that's not the issue.
Version of our CRM is:
Microsoft Dynamics 365Version 1710 (9.0.2.1470) online.
Kindly please suggest a solution.
