Leave and Absence not getting deducted

I am currently assisting a client with configuring the Leave and Absence module. Everything is set up correctly except for one issue: when managers approve employees' leaves, the deductions from the holiday pool do not occur until the day of the leave itself.

I would prefer that the leaves be deducted from the pool immediately upon approval by the manager.

Could anyone please help me here?

    I did not find this type of parameter in the system to adjust, you can try to configure the workflow or customize it to trigger the update of the holiday pool when the manager approves the leave.
