P.O. concern in NAV 2009

Hi Sir,

Please help my concern in purchase order. First, there's no total amount displayed purchase order preview. Second, the discount percentage appeared in other items. Discount should not be displayed in line. How to fix this?

For visualizing PO total amount, you can press "Statistics" button. Then, are yu entering any discounts to the lines of the PO?

Attach screen shot here for the issue that you are talking about.

If you have any issue with Total in PO preview report, you need to get this checked in the report.

Regarding Line Discounts, has anybody entered the discounts in Purchase Order Line?

Hi,

Are you talking about Purchase Order report? If, then you have to add the totals from the Layout. Again, if you do not want to show the discount, you should remove it from the layout itself (Report 405). What do you mean by discount percentage appeared in other items? Please elaborate.
