Hello
On Finance and Operation, it is possible to set up a project as a "project header" in the section Project hierarchy.
What is the impact and value of this functionality please?

AFAIK, this is has the impact that you cannot record cost against this project (no timesheets, expenses, item requirements), but you get an "umbrella" over your sub-projects to better organize CRs and perform your monthly billing, and most of the changes to the header (e.g. new project manager, changed dimensions) propagate all sub-projects at once (you will be prompted, though).
