Please check here for details on compilation compilation. Once the compilation is done without errors, go to System administration > Periodic and click on "Compile into .NET framework CIL. You can take help from your developer for these steps.

I didn't get any errors on the server where it is installed, but on the test server (which is where I work) I got this error.
