How to assign New EmployeeID with OLD historical data when employee Re - join in Organization?

Dear Experts,

In my organization Employee rejoins after 2 years (hire joins), how can we assign new Employee ID with old historical data (like position, departments & location all are same) in Talent.

Is it possible? If yes, Please guide us.

    Hi Anwar,

    This is not possible with a work-around. You can re-hire the person with the old Employee ID or create a full new worker (without history).

    All of these data is coming from different tables and entities, it would not have easier way than manually input.
