Hi,

I created a user at Microsoft 365 Admin Center. At Dynamics 365 company, click on Process > Get Users from Office 365. Setup the user permission etc.

Later found out that the user has left the organization. I had DELETE the user from Admin Center. But when i login back to Dynamics 365 company, the user still exist? Is there anyway i can remove user names that had been deleted from Admin Center?

Appreciate all advise.

You need to disable the user in Business Central.

You cannot delete a user, you can disable it. It is designed for audit purposes. Check this link

Hi,

You can just remove the Business Central License for the User from Office 365 Admin Center and block the user.

I just want to add here, I had a conversation with Microsoft support regarding multiple user login issues in Business Central Production Tenant.

They mentioned that the issue is cause because of the use of 'Get Users from Office 365' action in Business Central.

Kindly avoid using this until Business Central Wave 2 Release.

Somehow, when i tried to click Yes to notify my question is answered, it keeps prompting that i do not have permission to update. I am not sure why.
