eConnect for Integration Manager Not Importing All Line Items

Hello:

This end user has been using an eConnect "connection" for an Integration Manager Receivings Transaction Entry integration for three years, and it has worked perfectly.

All of a sudden, yesterday, the integration stopped importing line items when it gets about halfway through the source file.

I have reviewed the properties of the integration and nothing appears out of the ordinary.

Why would the integration stop importing line items, halfway through?

Any ideas would be highly appreciated.  :)

    Hi Frank:

    I tested entering a few of the line items manually, but I did not receive any errors.

    I will qualify that, though, by saying that for any line items--those both successfully and not successfully imported--the Purchases distribution account field was blank.

    The integration is designed to pull this account by "Default".  But, this account does not appear.

    But, again, this happens for any successful and unsuccessful line items.

    It sounds to me like something changed somewhere in the chain. 

    Were there any updates on any servers or client machines? Windows updates?

    Any updates or anything new in the GP environment?  3rd party updates?

    Just thinking out loud here.

    Has anyone tried manually entering one of the invoices that didn't bring line items in?  Often when entering them manually, you find whatever prevented them from importing.

    Let us know.

    Hi Frank:

    I ran it, earlier this morning, and the integration was successful.  There were no error messages.

    But, for about half of the receivings invoices, there were no line items imported.

    Was there any error messages?  Did you try running it again?
