Dynamic Marketing List of Contacts - Dynamics CRM 365 on premis V8

I created a Dynamic Marketing list for contacts then I used a Query where I'm using a filter , it is returning me 3 contacts when I click on "Find" button. But When I click on "Use Query"  button it's returning me all the contacts from the system instead of loading those 3 contacts from the query. (With accounts and leads it's working fine)

 

Then I compared with the Dynamics CRM 365 online V9 .. It's working fine, And I fount 2 fields that I couldn't find on my on premise version; field  "Query" that contains the Fetch XML Query and the filed "Member type" .

Can I find someone who had the same issue and he found the solution to this issue..

    Do you have any plug-ins registered against the RetrieveMultiple of contacts?

    The dynamic marketing list of contacts is working fine in the new crm organization that I've created but didnt export mu solutions yet . I don't know the problem is from what in my organization

    If you create a brand new CRM Organization on that deployment, are you able to reproduce this behavior over there?
