Hi,

I have few additional fields in opportunity product window, these fields are updating based on opportunity product by using java script. so I have to open opportunity product window by default when click on + sign.

I managed this by editing and set opportunity product line edit view. Now when I select Write in product it will open opportunity product window but when I select Existing product then it will allow user to enter product in main opportunity window. So user can leave other fields and other information will not be updated by using java script. Please find screen for more fields on opportunity product window.

My requirement is I want to open opportunity window when I click on + sign directly. If it is not possible how I can I make Write in Product as default option. or disable Existing Product option

When select Existing Product, system allow the user to enter product in main opportunity form. I want to either hide this option or when click + it will open opportunity window directly. Please find screen for your reference. Kindly help me to solve this issue.

I tried below solution but it is not working. it displays Existing product and Write in product after creating business rule. since it controlling opportunity product window. we need control on opportunity main window.

Thanks. It is working. Let me how I can enable Save New button in opportunity product by using Workbench 2016. I can't find Save New button with disabled status to make it enable.

Please find the screen-shot for your reference.

I want enable save and new button in opportunity product window as show below screen.

Please find Workbench solution. Let me know which button I have to enable.

Finally, consider using the RibbonWorkbench and Hide the Button. On subgrid section of quotedetail entity, find Product, click on it to display the menus. Then right click on the menu and select Hide Button. See screenshot below.

This option does not hide but disables the menu function, so nothing happens as the user clicks on the menu.
