i sign up with 30 days free trial of "dynamic 365 customer engagement plan enterprise edition trial"

i have a problem in this CRM, Sales Module is not displaying on the Screen of CRM Please find the attachment of sample image as "1.png" i am attaching another image which is my own trial dashboard image "3.png" which has not sales option. kindly help me to resolve this problem. 1184.1.png 3250.3.png

Hi,

As per the image posted by you, it seems that you do not have proper privileges to view the charts.

So just to confirm, please ensure that you are having sufficient roles to view the entity.

Please try to login using the System Administrator security role and verify that you still don't see the Sales Module. If the Sales module shows up using the System Administrator then change your roles to any one of the Sales Person OR Sales Manager and check if it resolves the issue.

Go to your office 365 Portal, and click on Admin Centers, Dynamics 365.

In the new Dynamics 365 Administration Center click on Instances Tab, select your instance, and click on Solutions.

Make sure that the Dynamics 365 Sales Application solution is installed.
