Hi Collett,
To send e-mail on behalf of other user below 2 conditions has to be met:
1.Provide ‘Send Email as Another User’ privilege to sender‘s ‘Salesperson’ Security Role
2.Actual User should enable ‘Select whether users can send email for you‘ option in his Personal Settings.
