How to get a Dynamic 365 Team member into the user group in Business Central

We are pretty new to business central and have a Business Central -> Continia solution. 

As I can see we need to add the users we want in Continia as Users in Business Central, this works for all the users with at Business Central license, but not the ones with a Dynamics 365 Team member license - can you guide me what to do?
