    Can you share the setups that have been made?

    Have you already tried testing the very same setup in a different 'test' Environment to verify that no modification causes this error message?

    Your setup looks all ok.

    What AX2012 version are you operating?

    Have you already checked LCS to verify that your system behavior is not caused by a bug?

    I found quite some hotfixes. Please see:

    Hi Ludwig,

    I use an environment of AX2012 R3 IMT to test this function.

    I try to search in LCS but I can't find the hotfix related to this issue.

    I access your link but may be there something wrongs with it.

    Can you send it again? Or if you have any suggestions, please let me know.

    Hi Ludwig,

    I can create Interest note :)

    I guess that I found the issue for Infolog: "The interest note calculation was cancel for invoice xxxx because the interest term could not be found. Contact your administrator for assistance" coming from the time interval.

    When I run 'Interest calculation', in fields 'From date' and 'To date', I choose the period that is multiple of the 'Calculate interest every'.

    For example:

    'Calculate interest every': 1 Month

    'From date': 1/1/2016

    'To date': 12/31/2016
