You can use Power Automate to fetch duplicates by the filter based on createdon field. By this way you can delete or deactivate duplicates
Hello,
You can use a duplicate detection job to find duplicates - learn.microsoft.com/.../run-bulk-system-jobs-detect-duplicate-records
Then you would be able to deactivate duplicates manually.
Except the first one other records needs to be deleted
Hi Anandhcrm ,
I have a question on this.
Do you want to deactivate all the records with that email which has duplicates or deactivate other records except the one which is created first?
