I'm using CRM 2011 (5.0.9690.4376) (DB 5.0.9690.4376) on-premises, and I'm having a problem when I try to install the Profiler with the Plugin Registration Tool (9.0.0.9479)
I'm getting the below exception.
Unhandled exception: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at PluginProfiler.Library.ProfilerManagementUtility.ImportSolutionAsyncAndWait (CrmServiceClient service, String prtpath, Boolean publishWorkflows, Boolean overwriteUnmanagedCustomizations, Int32 sleepInterval, Int32 asyncWaitTimeout)
at PluginProfiler.Library.ProfilerManagementUtility.RetrieveOrCreateProfilerPluginType (CrmServiceClient-Service, String prtpath)
at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Libraries.OrganizationHelper.InstallProfiler (CrmOrganization org, String prtPath)
at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.PluginRegistration.OrganizationControlViewModel. <> c__DisplayClass33. <InstallProfiler_Clicked> b__2b (Object o, DoWorkEventArgs e)
Has anyone faced this problem ?
I have tried the steps mentioned in the below link but the issue is still not resolved.
