Save & Close doesn't close the tab

Hi,

I've embedded a SSRS report within an iframe on my contact form. Within this SSRS report I have images, which open a new custom activity based on Action --> Go to URL.

This opens a new tab in the browser (IE) and opens the custom activity via URL, like described here:

If you then click on "save & close" within this custom activity unfortunately the tab doesn't close, but remains open and the contact behind this activity is being loaded.

Any idea why this is happening and how I can prevent that?

Hi,

thx for pointing to that thread, but I already read it before posting this one.

My scenario is different. In the linked thread the new windows is opened via JS using window.open, where you could also Register the timer and react to the close Event.

But in my case, I only have a link on an SSRS report, where I have no idea, where to register the timer a.s.o to check weither the windows has been closed.
