Our customer uses Dynamics to generate delivery round sheets for their drivers.
The sheet is "printed" to PDF, attached to an email, encrypted with Sophos Endpoint Outlook plugin (as an html file), and then sent to the drivers.
This file at the recipient end arrives but cannot be opened. The encrypted file will open but the interface for it is scrambled.
We've tested and it is only the pdfs that come from Dynamics that are affected. Every other file types encrypts and is decryptable at the recipient end just fine, including pdfs not generated by Dynamics.
I know this is really random but I'm trying all angles at the minute!
Has anyone seen anything similar?
