Hi,
Can you please help me? I have a trial period, and I would like to subscribe, I just need to "empty" / delete the dummy data that comes with the trial period, such as dummy leads, customers....etc. How can I do this please?
Many thanks

Also, in trying to delete dummy leads one by one, I get a message that "access denied" and I receive the following text ,""""Activity ID: 231cd933-929f-4a38-8e4e-93c15c5a2c7e"""""

    Can you please help?

    Many thanks

    Hello,

The expectation here would be to start a new company without any data in it.  You can navigate to the 'Companies' window which will allow you to Create a new company, delete companies, and even create a copy of a company if you want a test environment.

If your trial has expired you won't be able to do any of this until you've got a license applied to your tenant\user.

    Thanks,

    Chris

Use the search button in the top right corner and type in 'Companies'.

The search button is directly below your user icon on the top right side.  It looks like a lightbulb over a piece of paper.

Thanks for your reply, but this is not getting me any results....... all the search hits I get for "companies" are just public info and has nothing to do with technical support for dynamics 365......

    Hello,

You need to be searching from within the Financials application and not a public internet search engine.

    Thanks,

    Chris

You may need to navigate to the Company Information window first, and set the 'User Experience' to SUITE too.

Should be able to find this window with the same search feature.

    Thanks,

    Chris
