However it seems to be displaying in the following format. Do i need a business process flow or is the above old functionality ?

the first one is the old format. You can't do anything to go back to it.

Yes, Nicu is right. You can't change the first format since it's old, and you can't do anything to return to it. Try using the old one or find something else.
