and this is when the user posts there is no error when posting.

Hello Albert,
We don't have dedicated support for ISV products on the Forums, but have you tried to run Debugger with the Break on Record Changes rule set to TRUE? You could set that up right before posting, then post and see if it breaks. Maybe that will give some insight as to why it is double posting. If that doesn't help, you may want to reach out to LS Retail to see if this is a known issue.
