Hi all,
I tried to log in to the new field service app on win10 which is currently in preview and not general available.
I received an error regarding login with MFA that is mandatory with my organisation and it looks like the win10 app is not supporting it.
In the Android app I get redirected to the MFA login and can select to either get an SMS or Phone Call. Then the login works fine.
Is this something that is not implemented in the win10 field service app or is it a bug and will be fixed soon even in the preview version?
Or did anyone manage to log in with MFA?

Maybe you need open the ticket with Microsoft and ask for support.

The D365 Field Service Windows (Preview) application does support 2-factor Auth with MFA.
Are you able to share a screenshot of the error you see?

Thank you for the screen - there is a new app version just published to the store and available for update which has a bug fix around some specific Auth scenarios that were failing. Please update the app and try again.
yes, thank you. I updated the app and now I can select SMS as MFA option as usual.
