I'm getting the following error when posting a journal entry involving sales commissions:
Is the balancing account a customer here? Similar to another post you’ve made. I suspect this is custom. Not aware of a localised version which has this baked in.
Hard to recommend a way forwards. Can you verify what extensions are installed? If it’s a well used one then someone in the community may have more detail
I added the Nav X commission software. This also pertains to the other issue I have.
The Nav X commission software was installed here. I'm not sure how this affects it.

Adding to other replies... I am not seeing the Bal. Account Type and No. but the error seems to point to a linked transaction. You noted NAV-X as the APP so please contact them at: docs.nav-x.com/.../
