Activate Store Commerce: Logging in anonymously failed

Hi everyone,
I am trying to activate Cloud POS on my local VM, I have added application URI in the identity providers along with Azure Application ID and run 1010 Global Config Job as directed in the documentation but while activating Cloud POS I am getting this error message again. One more thing i am opening cloud pos url link but it is showing activate store commerce instead of Cloud Pos:

    The AADST90009 code in the error message was found in the documentation of Microsoft Entra Authentication and Authorization Error Codes:

    Please follow the steps mentioned in the document to troubleshoot device activation:
