Hi,
I am trying to consume an external web service in ax 2012. I added the service reference in a Dot Net class library and I added the library to AOT visual studio projects. Then I tried to consume the service operation and it required basic HTTP authentication. Can any body tell me how do I perform the basic authentication using the user name and password in AX 2012.

You can use System.Net.NetworkCredential to set username and password and send it in your request using set_Credentials method.
