Create Child Case

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi Guys,

I am facing an issue that when I was creating child case, some of the fields are not cloned to the child case. Since Create Child Case is OOB, how can I ensure fields are being cloned to Child Case?

Thanks for helping.

    RE: Create Child Case

Hi Kentan2008, if you are using a version CRM 2013 or above.

Go to Settings> Service Management> Parent and Child Case Settings >Select the attributes / fields that you need to inherit from the Parent Case to the Child.

    this should fix the issue.
