Enabled property of systempart in Business Central

Hello All,

I'm trying to make the SystemPart of Notes view only:

        modify(Control1905767507)
        {
            Enabled = false;
        }

But as a result I can still add or delete notes. Is this by design?
Current version: 21.1.48363.48789

    Hello  - We currently do not have dedicated Dev support via the Dynamics 365 Business Central forums, but I wanted to provide you some additional resources to assist.  If you need assistance with debugging or coding I would recommend discussing this on one of our communities.

    Hi, I don't know which page you are on, you can use Design feature to easily download this part of the code.
