SSRS deployment error

Hi Experts,

I need to add our company logo in customer statement of accounts (External) report, I have duplicated the report and tried to add both ways, adding image CompanyLogo from the data source and placing the logo image in the report design, in both cases I am getting below error, can anyone help me to fix it please.
 
 The parameter panel layout for this report contains more parameters than total cells available.
