Void/Reverse a Return to ensure Inventory levels correct

Posted on by

Hi,

We have had an RMA item entered within our Sales Transactions. This has placed this issue item back into our Inventory Stock, where of course we do not want it. This RMA Return has been posted. Is there a way to void, delete or reverse this so the RMA issue item is no longer in our Inventory count?

Thanks, Mary

Frank; as always, has cleared the way. The return can not be reversed, there is a little thing that you need to consider, if your correction is limited to the inventory module then you should post an adjustment to correct the balances accordingly.

    Your feedback is highly appreciated,

Mary, I would post an Inventory Adjustment to decrement the on hand quantity for this item.  Inventory>>Transactions>>Transaction Entry.
