Activate account structure. But not updating

Hi
 
When i activate a account structure. It seems to work.it show active. no error log.
when i do i journal entry with that account , i get an error.
 
 
So i go into my details to see the batch job of the activation process.
it seems that it just start it activation process in the account structure and stop.
 
Im expecting it to updating Journal definition, updating account distribution , updating journal entries etc. Like the others i have created earlier. 
 
why my activation process in the account structure stop at the first step in my batch job and dont go updating everywhere ?

    Which version you are in? As of now, I haven't come across this case, however the only thing coming into my mind is, you may try restrating the batch service
     
    If not solved, I would advice to raise this issue to MS TEAM.

    Hi dear please make sure that your you are using the correct COA.
    Use the batch service withhold option and restart it.
    Also you can use the "Activate Account structure Data entity from DMF" if it's not working manually!
