Error posting Tweet with media

I am trying to schedule a post to go live on my company's Twitter account, but I cannot do so when attaching any media. In the case I'm dealing with now, I have attached one image to the post and this causes an error which prevents me from scheduling the post. I get the following message: Tweet with media must have exactly 1 gif or up to 4 photos. The image I'm using is a JPG, not a GIF, and therefore should be fine to attach, but it will not work for some reason. I have tried reconfiguring my settings only to get the same error.

    Hi Tchaille,

Could you share screenshots about it?

Have you tried to user other images to test? not only JPG, other types?

And try to add more photos, not only one, same error?
