Yodlee - Error Linking Account - The currency your company is using (USD) does not match the currency for your online bank account ()

Re: Dynamics 365 Financials, Business Edition

We are linking our bank accounts via Envestnet Yodlee Bank Feeds Service

The company local currency is Sterling GBP

The bank accounts in Dynamics are GBP, USD, and EUR.

We want to link them to online bank accounts (matching currencies)

Yodlee finds the accounts but only links the one that is GBP

For the others it complains that:

The currency your company is using (USD) does not match the currency for your online bank account ()

or

The currency your company is using (EUR) does not match the currency for your online bank account ().

Has anyone run into this problem or can anyone assist with this issue? I would be very grateful.

We do not allow linking if the two currencies are not matching up. It seems in this case there is something wrong with the currencies returned or data being used to match. We have the same issue logged in support, and are investigating with Yodlee at the moment.

    Thanks,

    Peter

Thanks. For clarity, the local currency is GBP and the online GBP accounts are being linked. However, the EUR and USD bank accounts that are respectively set as EUR and USD in Dynamics 365 Financials, Business Edition, are not matching up although the online account are same currency. As you said, there is something wrong with the currencies returned or date being used to match. It would be great to get this fixed.

This has been verified as a BUG: The issue is that they need to make some change in NAV  to support YodLee with multibed currency.

I have been told that it seems to be resolved ( need some test ) and is planned for Update 15 which is scheduled for April 2018.
