Hide the ribbon buttons in Activity based on the security roles.

Hi,
You cannot directly hide letter, fax or campaign response buttons based on security role. In CRM all activities are controlled by "Activity" entity permissions, you cannot give permissions to access individual activity entity.
To hide those buttons from ribbon you need to customize button commands using Ribbon workbench and you can add enable roles based on user security.
