How to create Role or privilege to allow the user to edit the financial dimensions in dynamics 365?

Hello All,

I want to know what roles and privileges cause to create or edit Financial Dimensions in D365. 

I would be really happy if someone knows this.

    Do you mean editing dimension values?

    Go to Financial dimensions > Click on option tab > security diagnostics , this will give you list of roles/privileges, which you use
