Issues in Business Central and D365 for Sales Integration

I have been trying to use the job queues to synchronize the customer entity automatically. I have only been able to synchronize from Business Central to D365 for Sales, but the same does not work in the opposite direction. I have tried to update the customer name in D365 for sales and then run the job to synchronize the data in Business Central but I have not been able to obtain the updated data. Please help me with the same.

    Hi,

    Did you try coupling manually and then synchronize? also manually first to test if you get the option (data from B365 for sales/ data from B365 BC)?

    The direction of the synchronization is usually determined in the table mapping page:

    So as I said, try first manually, and then check the direction of the mapping, if both works, then please check the log entries of the job queues for possible errors:

    You must show the RELATIONSHIP TYPE field in the Account Card in Dynamic 365 and fill with the value CUSTOMER. The native integration only integrates the ACCOUNTS that have the value CUSTOMER in the field RELATIONSHIP TYPE.
