Hi all,
We experience from time to time that our MPOS freezes, with the only fix (that we know) is to re-install the MPOS application.
We are not able to force the error ourselves, but it seems like it happens when the MPOS briefly loose internet connection. So the MPOS is going into offline mode, and almost immediately trying to get online, but this is where it freezes.
When this happens we are not able to look up products, we can't log of and we can't finish the transaction.
When we are trying to connect to the database we get this error message:
"You can't connect to online mode, when a transaction is ongoing. Finish the transaction and try again."
Have anyone experienced the same problem? And what did you do to fix it?
