My clients live environment is: 9.1.0.6628
We're having the issue where users with the delegate security role can't track activities via Outlook. Error message: You can't track an appointment that was created by another user.
Service update 72 seems to not have this error as described by this article https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4512908/service-update-72-for-microsoft-dynamics-365-9-1-0
how do I get this service update?

Hi,
If you are on D365 Online, it looks like they published that article a few days ago. So, it's likely that they must have started rolling it out.
If not, you can open a ticket with Microsoft and they'll tell you when you would be getting it. Updates happen automatically by Microsoft. I think you can open a ticket and ask them about it.
