Agreement Booking Setup "Incidents"

Posted on by 10

Hello,

Is there a possibility to add multiple Agreement Booking Incidents at once when they have the same Incident Type to an Agreement?
Since we use multiple assets on one Agreement adding each one manualty takes allot of time.

Br,

Patrick

    RE: Agreement Booking Setup "Incidents"

We created a cloud flow to solve that problem.

One location may have 10x of 12 different "Categories" of equipment (generators, HVAC, fire alarms, etc)

We added the Customer Asset Category lookup field to the Incident type.

The Agreement Booking Setup has one incident type with no customer asset.

When a agreement booking date is assigned a work order, the cloud flow will find all the equipment for that service account and the category for that incident, and populate the work order incidents with all those customer assets.

Note: do not populate the Agreement Booking Incident lookup to the Work Order Incident record because that will suppress the OOTB automation that populates the work order service tasks.
