Hi,
After not using set regarding for a while I did it today and noticed that I have to save an email to make it happened. From the past if I remember correctly it was enough just to set regarding and not actually saving a message. I'm wondering if somebody is experienced the same starting recently?

You should be able to set regarding and then select the relevent record
You may need to have the Outlook client reinstalled
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
