I know I could just do it with Workflows on my own, but I'd rather like to find out how this functionality is working.
My problem: Whenever I set up and activate some rules, mails are not put into the corresponding queue anymore.
Maybe simple question: What am I doing wrong? Is it that I have to have special rules for adding all other mails to queue after beginning to set-up any kind of rules?!
Any hints or help is really appreciate here.
