I wonder if anyone can help me. In my lost opportunity I have a reason called Others please identify. I need to update the description box as to what is the exact reason, via importing because there are alot to update.
As a trial I exported an opportunity including "description" field from activities tab hoping that importing works. But it didn't. Getting the following error:
"The records were not updated because the record type was not found in Microsoft Dynamics CRM"
