Does D365 integrate with FedEx ship manager and UPS Worldship?

A potential client uses QB and it integrates with FedEx and UPS and wants to know if D365 will? This is a key factor requirement for the client.

Hello,

I'm not aware of any plans for this being introduced as an out-of-box feature. You can do custom integrations using the Web Services available in Financials. An Extension could also be developed for this functionality.

It's not out of the box with dynamics however we offer an integration between Dynamics 365 for operations and over 45 different carriers including FedEx and UPS. This could be what your client is looking for. Let me know if this is of help, or head to https://deliverable.com/dynamics365operations.
