I'm unable to edit data in Talent after deleting a custom field. I'm getting the following error message. Has anyone had this issue before.

Is this a production or sandbox environment? What exact platform version are you using? If it is production, you have to contact Microsoft Support, so they can assist you how to solve this issue in a production environment.
If it is a sandbox, try to enforce a database sync.
