After SP3 GP 10 APPCRASH Printing "Historical Stock Status report"
Has anyone seen this? This happens either from Preview or direct to print. This happens only when printing all Inventory Items or an item with stock. If an item is filtered that has no stock the message does not occure.

Ron.
That's correct. It's better to upgrade to SQL Server 2005 considering the support factors also for SQL2000.
Anyways, Thanks for updating.
Needed to push updated libraries out to workstations after updating which is now required after GP SP3. Also, Objective was to get to the HITB Tool which is a fine tool, but not that if non SQL 2000 the tool does not work. Microsoft has to have you create an incident and then will e-mail you a HITB SQL script just for SQL2000. But of course who would still be on SQL 2000. Hmmmm
Hello,
Haven't heard from you if you could get it back on working?
Recreating the reports.dic could be what is needed.
Have a look at the blog post below for details

Hi,
I had the same error message and it was fixed by recreating the REPORTS. dic.
To do this, you need to backup your reports.dic, close dynamics GP, and then delete your Reports.dic . Launch Dynamics GP to recreate it. If you have any modified reports, just import in within Report Writer.
Best,
Cecile
Thank you for your willingness to respond. I saw the new tech bulletin requiring the update to reports and forms. So yes that is our first step today. And them a support incident.
Good day kind sir.
Hello,
Two things
1. Check if you upgraded the Reports and Forms Dictionary
2. If you already did, I advise you to open a support incident with Microsoft Technical Support
Please let me know if you get any resolutions. - Thanks!
Thanks for the reply:
I am checking on items 1 thru 4. But I believe on Server and Workstations which all have SP3
I also believe they just have tested the user sa only.
Yes, my understanding is it happened just after appling SP3.
Can You reply to the following questions
1. Is it happening on Server?
2. Is it happening for all workstations?
3. Is it happening for "sa"?
4. Is it happening for all users?
5. Is it started happening right after installing the sp3? or after sometime working properly and suddenly started happening?
