You can generate a tax payment report. From GL > Periodic > Tax payments.
Can you also explain a bit more about report 2 and 3?

Here some remarks.
For 1: what kind of vat report are you looking for? One that you can send to your tax office or one for reconciliation purposes?
For 2 & 3:
Can you provide more details and let us know whether or not you already checked the available reports in AX? If you have already checked them, can you let us know the report name and what might be missing.

What is your exact question here? Can't you find the correct reports? Do they give errors when running? Or is the output incorrect? What exactly do you mean with the 2nd and 3rd report?
