I applied security filters to a test user, but they are not working. I have the SUPER permission set, while the test user does not.
I created a permission set called COA_LIMITED_ACCESS and applied a security filter to Table 1: G/L Account, filtering the "No." field with the range 11000..11199.

Please check the screenshot of all the permission sets assigned to the Testuer, may be there s conflicting permission set.
Can someone help me troubleshoot this issue?
