How to convert D365 Additional Database Storage (Qualified) Offer to a New Subscription

Posted on by 70

We have a customer who has Customer Engagement and has the D365 Additional Database Storage Qualified Offer (3 Gigabytes) add-on. They have a new subscription D365 Sales Professional and Field Service to replace the old Customer Engagement Plan. We noticed that the additional storage is not available to add to the new subscription (D365 Field & Sales Pro). How do we replace the additional database storage (Qualified Offer) 3 gig? What should we be looking at from the CSP Price List?

Thanks

Penny

RE: How to convert D365 Additional Database Storage (Qualified) Offer to a New Subscription

    Hi Penny,

The Add-ons cannot be offered to a new subscription.

It is recommended to create a ticket to MS for further help.
