Setting stock level on an item without raising purchase order

Hi 

Moving customer onto NAV and they have a range of products that are in the warehouse with stock qty's that they have paid for.

What is the best way to set the stock levels on these items.

    If this is related to opening stocks then you can use Item Journal facility to set the inventory levels. Refer below link :  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nd_ieIF6lSE

    Hi..

    You can use item journal for entering opening stocks with its value as unit cost.

    for each item you can set min/max stock levels (item card).
