What are the advantage and disadvantage if we windows server standard edition over enterprise edition for servers for AX 2012?

    Assuming you're talking about Windows Server 2008 R2:

    Main disadvantages would be that standard only supports 4 x64 sockets (/cpu's) instead of 8 and 32GB max. memory instead of 2TB.
