Hi,
Is there way out that we can secure the Document Number and PO Number fields so no one can change the auto sequence serial.
as we observed some Users change the sequence and put their own numbers.
please advise.

In GP there is Field Level security in Administration. try to some restriction for the Required fields. u also setup some password to change the fields.
